  • Helping CX Team to design survey and questionnaire
  • Do competitor analysis & updates
  • Propose solutions/recommendations (and/or draw insights) based on findings
  • Other ad-hoc project


  • Min. Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Management, Psychology, or any related field
  • Have a strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
  • Good analytical thinking, eager to learn, strong sense of curiosity
  • Available for at least 3 months and can start immediately
