- Helping CX Team to design survey and questionnaire
- Do competitor analysis & updates
- Propose solutions/recommendations (and/or draw insights) based on findings
- Other ad-hoc project
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Management, Psychology, or any related field
- Have a strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Good analytical thinking, eager to learn, strong sense of curiosity
- Available for at least 3 months and can start immediately
